We follow the journey of the two latest ENT nurses to visit NHS Fife.
The latest installment of the Ungwero Project began a couple of months ago when two new ENT nurses, Stella and Saidi, came from Malawi to NHS Fife.
The project, which Sheffmed is heavily involved in, focuses on a medical and cultural exchange. It seeks to share knowledge and practices to improve Malawian healthcare whilst introducing British ENT specialists to new experiences and cultures.
The pair have thoroughly enjoyed their time at NHS Fife, gathering valuable new skills and experiences.
They are due to complete their training in November, with a presentation evening to celebrate their achievements.
