SpiroTect™ Push2Speak Cassette
It allows the Laryngectomee to easily obtain airflow closure and speech by gently pushing the top of the cassette. The size of the finger will not affect the closure effectiveness.
Lateral airflow channels allow clothing to be worn over the cassette preventing obstruction.
